About the position
As a Senior Systems Developer at GPower, you will become a leading part of a knowledge-intensive and innovative environment where professionalism and diversity play a major role in terms of education, competencies, and experience.

As a Senior Systems Developer at GPower, both your abilities as a team lead and your own technical qualifications will come into play. At times, you will independently deliver software and hardware solutions based on a solid understanding of the real-world context in which the systems operate; at other times, you will lead projects and teams developing larger systems. You take pride in ensuring that your team thrives and produces robust code and well-documented hardware. Your responsibility will be to maximize business value for GPower and our customers, serve as an anchor for your team and the customer, and ensure reuse and learning across projects.
You will work closely with management and other experienced systems developers, and you will regularly be responsible for teams of 2–5 people on projects lasting 1–12 months. You will be part of the process from defining the customer’s needs through planning, design, implementation, testing, and support.
At GPower, you will, among other things, work on developing:
- Specialized test systems for, for example, the robotics and wind industries
- Data acquisition systems and specialized measuring instruments
- Efficient and user-friendly production facilities
- New state-of-the-art GPower products
About you
- You have a relevant education in engineering, natural sciences, or computer science (e.g., electronics, software, mechanical engineering, automation, physics, or other technology)
- You have practical experience as a project or team lead. It is not crucial whether you have 2 or 10 years of experience, but you consider yourself competent, responsible, mature, structured, and quick to learn
- You have an understanding of people, resources, prioritization, risk management, and business value
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills
- You are fluent in Danish and have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- You have practical experience with at least one programming language. Experience with LabVIEW or TestStand is an advantage, but not a requirement
