As a Senior Systems Developer at GPower, both your abilities as a team lead and your own technical qualifications will come into play. At times, you will independently deliver software and hardware solutions based on a solid understanding of the real-world context in which the systems operate; at other times, you will lead projects and teams developing larger systems. You take pride in ensuring that your team thrives and produces robust code and well-documented hardware. Your responsibility will be to maximize business value for GPower and our customers, serve as an anchor for your team and the customer, and ensure reuse and learning across projects.
You will work closely with management and other experienced systems developers, and you will regularly be responsible for teams of 2–5 people on projects lasting 1–12 months. You will be part of the process from defining the customer’s needs through planning, design, implementation, testing, and support.
