Welcome to GPower, Jakob Alsaker!

Last week, we added another MSc in Engineering to the team when Jakob Alsaker started as a systems developer at GPower. Jakob graduated from Aarhus University and has specialised in dynamics and control. Read the full post here.

Jakob Alsaker holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus University, specialising in dynamics and control. During his studies, Jakob, among other things, built extensive knowledge and understanding within measurement, instrumentation and simulation of dynamic systems, as well as data analysis—topics that align perfectly with GPower’s DNA.

As part of his degree, Jakob also studied abroad on two occasions at Korea University in Seoul, South Korea, where he immersed himself in artificial intelligence within computer vision, reinforcement learning and machine learning.

Why GPower?

I look forward to working with a technically strong team where I can delve into advanced solutions within modular software design for the simulation of dynamic systems and automation. Among other things, it was cases from the website—covering complex measurements, test automation and wind turbine simulation—that motivated me to become part of GPower. My impression of GPower is also that it is a company with plenty of room to grow, great opportunities for learning and an open working environment where knowledge sharing and good spirits characterise everyday life,” Jakob says.

From all of us at GPower—once again, welcome, Jakob 😊
