Our decision to introduce two new Tech Leads in our development department is due, among other things, to the expansion of our workforce and the increase in projects, which require even more structure and an even greater distribution of responsibilities.
Both Tech Leads have many years of experience with LabVIEW and TestStand, which are our primary tools for developing high-quality software solutions within test, measurement, and control. The two Tech Leads therefore also have a complete understanding of how to develop the best and most optimal solutions—an understanding and in-depth knowledge that enable them to make the right decisions, whether it concerns anything from system design to quality assurance.
Despite their new titles, both Tech Leads will continue to develop, as this is a clear advantage when it comes to staying hands-on with ongoing projects.
