At GPower, we welcomed physicist and PhD in Physics Jeppe Langeland today. Jeppe comes from a position at Aarhus University, where he has worked as a postdoc conducting research in experimental molecular physics and climate. Competencies that, among other things, have given him extensive experience with experimental setups, including testing, measurement, and maintenance of software and hardware.
At GPower, we are pleased to welcome Jeppe Langeland today. He is a trained physicist with a PhD in Physics from Aarhus University (AU). Based on scientific problem statements, Jeppe’s work as a postdoc at AU has involved designing experimental setups from scratch, further developing systems, and implementing software and hardware. This could, for example, include implementing photodiodes to measure laser power for collecting fluorescence from molecular ions in the gas phase.
Jeppe also has extensive experience in testing, measurement, and maintenance—particularly within data acquisition projects, where he has used LabVIEW, which he has worked with for more than 10 years.
Why GPower? A statement from Jeppe
”I am very much looking forward to getting “closer to reality” and using my broad professional knowledge to solve specific challenges together with Denmark’s leading experts in LabVIEW and TestStand. I look forward to a workday with varied tasks, and I greatly appreciate being hands-on with both software and hardware development. Furthermore, I am especially looking forward to a workday with great colleagues who value each other’s input, with a focus on helping one another achieve the best possible result” – Jeppe Langeland.
At GPower, we warmly welcome Jeppe. We have been looking forward to having you on the team!
