This November, we at GPower welcomed Martin Polansky – the sixth new team member since the summer!
Martin Polansky has a solid background in testing and quality assurance from his long career at Danfoss, where he worked for 18 years in the Climate Solutions division. There, he was deeply involved in the development and quality assurance of products for supermarket refrigeration systems and underfloor heating control. Starting as a Software Test Engineer and later as a Senior System Test Engineer, Martin was responsible for testing and validation of embedded products with both digital and mechatronic components.

The main focus of his role has been to ensure that the products meet customer expectations through a thorough quality assurance process. To ensure continuous quality, an important part of Martin’s work was developing automated test platforms to enable regular test runs and create stability in the final products. Finally, Martin also served as a liaison to product owners and business developers, contributing to product improvements.

Martin also has extensive experience from the automotive industry, where his first job as a consultant in Stuttgart set the direction for his career. There, he worked with development and maintenance using LabVIEW, which became the foundation for his specialization in both LabVIEW and TestStand—two platforms that have followed him throughout his career.

Martin is also NI-certified as a Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD).

Why GPower?

I look forward to working in an environment focused on strong professional standards and competent colleagues. I am inspired to be part of a smaller company like GPower, which is in an exciting phase in terms of growth and product development. For me, it is about being part of the journey and contributing my knowledge within LabVIEW, TestStand, and test methods in general,” says Martin Polansky.
