FAQ

  1. Software and tools: Depending on your partner level, you receive free or discounted access to selected software and tools for LabVIEW and TestStand.

  2. Knowledge: Strengthen your internal capabilities with free or discounted seats on GPower’s courses. While we work on your tasks, your developers are also welcome at GPower’s offices, where they can get peer-to-peer sparring from our specialists.

  3. More for less: When you commit to a certain number of monthly support hours, GPower can plan resources more efficiently. As a thank-you, we reduce the price based on your level of commitment. We call it a capacity contract.

A capacity contract is part of what we call “GPower Partnership”. Based on the package you choose, you commit to a certain number of hours over a given period. In July and December, the commitment is reduced by 50% due to holidays. Hours not used in a month are not refunded and cannot be carried over.

Additional hours for capacity leveling can – depending on availability – be added as needed. Additional hours are billed at the standard rate.

At GPower, we offer remote support as part of our consulting services. This enables us, among other things, to provide immediate support if you experience technical faults or system breakdowns, and it also provides quick insight into a new request.
