At a time of significantly increasing demand at both project and product level, we have chosen to place greater focus on our customers. This focus has resulted in an organisational change in the sales department, with Morten Baltzer now leading the way as GPower’s Key Account Manager.
Increased focus on Key Account Management
Since Morten was hired, the plan has been for him to combine software development and sales. However, with a significant increase in sales activity, we have already made a minor organisational change, meaning that Morten will primarily focus on sales in his role as GPower’s new Key Account Manager. As Key Account Manager, Morten will, among other things, be responsible for key accounts, defining sales strategies, and building long-term relationships.
Morten Baltzer is a qualified mechanical engineer with many years of experience as a certified test engineer. In addition, through his previous role with our partner, NI (National Instruments), he has built in-depth knowledge of NI’s software and hardware products, which our business is partly built on.
“The combination of Key Account Management and experience in developing test systems enables Morten to bring technical understanding to the table, identify customers’ needs, and create better communication throughout the entire sales process—something we are already seeing positive results from,” says GPower’s CEO, Martin Boje.
