Where other people would not normally start taking hardware apart to see what is hidden inside, it is COMPLETELY different with developers! A claim that has once again been confirmed here at the office in Hinnerup.
A typical day at the office
A potential supplier had brought along some marketing material, including a video player. As tradition dictates, however, the small piece of electronics was not allowed to sit on the table in the developers’ office for more than a few seconds before it was dismantled into atoms.
For the developers, it was not enough to know that it was “some kind of video player” with a bit of marketing material. It had to be examined—examined down to the smallest detail…
Current status
In addition to technical feedback, the last message we received from the development department was that our CEO would just have to let them know when he needed the player again…
And here in administration, we are also looking forward—just a little—to getting it back in one piece, as it is usually us who get teased about our technical skills… 😀
