Can your project be realized with one Ethernet port instead of two and a more cost-conscious FPGA? These are the kinds of questions you can ask yourselves if you are interested in getting quality controllers at half the price, as the new cRIO models make possible! <\/p>

GPower is a supplier of hardware from National Instruments <\/a><\/p>

Take cRIO-9056, for example: With the exception of the number of network ports and a different FPGA, it does exactly the same as cRIO-3035. The difference is simply that while cRIO-9035 costs DKK 26,680, cRIO-9056 costs only DKK 14,010. <\/p>

That is, with a few compromises you can get the same controller, but at roughly half the price. And in this case, you even get a controller that supports using NI-DAQmx directly from C modules without using the FPGA, which is not the case with the more expensive model. <\/p>
