The two Tech Leads therefore also have a complete understanding of how to develop the best and most optimal solutions\u2014an understanding and in-depth knowledge that enable them to make the right decisions, whether it concerns anything from system design to quality assurance. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4584ba51 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4584ba51\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A couple of new titles, but the same mindset\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-217ed2e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"217ed2e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Despite their new titles, both Tech Leads will continue to develop, as this is a clear advantage when it comes to staying hands-on with ongoing projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we continue to expand our workforce, we have just introduced two new Tech Leads as part of a new GPower setup.
